About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital

(as the patient),

I went into the Southport and Formby hospital to have a cataract operation. I was given excellent care by the doctors and nurses.

I was given eye drops after the operation, but when I got home I realised that I had lost them. I called the hospital and discovered that I had left them there and the nurse kindly offered to drop them off to me at my house on her way home. What fantastic care!
