"good but not good enough"

Watford general are meant to save lives and with the hygiene and heat of the rooms infection must spread really quickly throughout the ward and people die from this infection, so here is a tip for them mop up and turn the heat down! I was treated well by the staff but the staff don't seem to work well together it all seems a little slack and they need someone to bring them together as a team. the care i received cannot be faulted however but I think others needed attention and did not always receive it.
