"Trouble making an appointment with the nail clinic"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I have an ingrowing toe nail. My doctor referred me to the nail clinic at Dewsbury Health Centre, and I was sent a letter that asked me to call and make an appointment.

I have been calling the number on the letter everyday for the past week, but I always get through to the answer phone. I've left messages, but nobody has got back to me. It's very frustrating!

I would really like to get my toe nail seen to at some point soon please. The letter says I've got three weeks to make the appointment. I hope I get through by then!
