"A&E and James Mackenzie ward"

About: Basildon University Hospital

I was readmitted into Basildon University Hospital on the 5th March. As before, the treatment I received on my arrival at A&E until I was discharged from the James Mackenzie ward was first class. In the past I have had various procedures in private hospitals. All the care I received at Basildon certainly came up to that standard. At all times I was kept fully informed of every aspect which was of concern to myself. The James Mackenzie ward is run with the highest degree of efficiency. All the nursing staff on the JM ward are very friendly and caring. I would like to convey my most grateful thanks to the following:- Doctors & nurses in the A&E department.. On arriving at the hospital I was seen to straight away and kept closely monitored. Cardiac Specialist & House Doctor, together with all their staff. At all times I had great confidence being under their care. Special big thank you to every member of staff on the James Mackenzie ward. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Basildon Hospital to anyone.
