My daughter fell face first off of her scooter without thinking about putting her hands out to soften the blow onto concrete so you can imagine the injuries to her face. On my arrival to Bridgwater A And E my daughter was looked at immediately by a nurse who showed professionalism in such a manner that made my daughter and myself feel comfortable.
