Excellent care and treatment from arrival through to discharge. Friendly re-assuring nurses before, wonderful, skilful surgery, followed by delightful aftercare, including tea and toast. All of the nurses were friendly, caring and compassionate. The whole experience was testimony to the overall high performance of the NHS. Let's hear much more of the good and positive stories which outnumber the negatives by factor of a thousand or more.
