"Ultrasound made stress-free"

My recent visit to the Xray Department at Fulwood Hall Hospital was made stress free due to the extremely efficient and friendly nature of the staff nurse and radiographer on duty that day. The Consultant who conducted the Ultrasound procedure on my shoulders could not have been kinder. He combined his obvious professionalism with a keen desire to allay my concerns. Indeed I would say that I have never been treated with so much courtesy and respect. What a true Gentleman with a keen sense of humour too!
