What I liked
My second visit to the Lithotripsy Dept for treatment to kidney stones. The whole experience was handled professionally, with the utmost care and was as pleasant an experience as possible under the circumstances. All the staff were superb and I have nothing but praise.
What could be improved
Not much as far as I can see.
