About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

After two years of being diagnosed with polymyalgia and taking steroids I booked an appointment with my GP to discuss my progress and future.

She referred me to the musculoskeletal clinic via TRAQS. They telephoned and left a message for me to call then book, which I did the following day. I was offered two alternative locations – Agnes Hunt and Robert Jones Hospital, or the clinic in Telford. I opted for the latter.

An appointment was made for May 2014. I have received confirmation of the appointment through the post.
