Attended the day ward for a lumbar puncture procedure, arrived feeling a little anxious. The nurses taking my blood pressure were friendly and professional and my wife was allowed to stay with me throughout. The M S Nurse explained the procedure and what it entailed, she was very informative and professional, she explained exactly what was happening at each stage. She was friendly and managed to make an uncomfortable experience more bearable, could not have asked for better care.
