About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

We arrived on time for a small procedure, for my wife's mother, who is nearly 91 years old, but had to wait over 3.5 hours before the minor op was performed. No reason or explanation of the delay was given. This is completely unacceptable but consistent with how we have been treated at Pembury hospital. It appears that the receptionists are given instructions to keep all patients in the dark about what is (or isn't) going on!
