What I liked
i had my first op at princess anne in july - i had an op where they remove the lying from my womb. which was meant to stop heavy periods and the pain i was in. i had to think long and hard about this as it meant i could no longer have children.(i am only 26). this op did not work, as a result of the op they damage my bladder, this is now sorting its self out. and seems to be getting better. it has now been said that a hsytorecromy is the best option. this was said back in september. i got told i would have to wait no more then 12wks. which took me up to the end of december. i have now been inforamed today that i am now looking at the end of feburay. and that they will only give me 3 wks notice. i am so cross, with all the things i have had done at this hospital, with little op's being canx, me being taking off list by mistakes. they just dont seem to make things easy. i understand that i am not the only person in the world waiting for an op, but i wish they would stick to things they say and not keep changing it.
i have a young daughter and a husband and my own job that this op is going to have to work around. my husband will need to take time off work and so will i. all i want iis a date and for it to get stuck to.
sorry about the moan
What could be improved
doctors, addmistion, nurses all need to talk to each other, so everyone knows facts.
a stick to things that are said, and remember that the people have lifes, and need to sort things out.
