I attended the breast clinic at Wansbeck Hospital. I had contact with eight staff during my appointment all of whom were professional, caring and very good at their jobs. I was seen quickly and at one point when there was a longer waiting time the reasons for this were explained to me. I was treated with compassion and my dignity was respected at all times. Everything was explained to me in a way I could clearly understand.
