About: Lister Hospital

I find it very difficult to fault the service I received at the Lister. From the moment a porter helped my wife to wheel me from the hospital entrance to the A & E at around 15.00 hours to the time that I was discharged at around 20.30 hours I was given the most courteous, respectful and professional attention from every member of the hospital staff, from reception through to investigation nurse, junior doctor, some more nurses who administered tests to the consultant.. I can only say thank you and hope that you can keep up this very high standard.

We know that our colleagues in the Lister's emergency department will say that the excellent service you experienced at their hands was what they aim to achieve all the time for patients - but we also know they will be absolutely delighted to read your kind words as they recognise very publicly the highly professional and compassionate care provided by the team every day of the week.
