What could be improved

Comunication between departments needs greatly improving,appointment that are made should be kept, E.G not wait over an hour to see a doctor, and then be told there are no doctors avalible.hospital should be respectful of how far patients have had to travel.

Anything else?

I found attending the hospital, a very frustrating experience,and hope that after the third attempt to put right my condition, i never have to return again.mostly due to the administration staff not giving out the right information,constant phone calls to find out when you wil be going in,dates given then either changed or not even told you have a date.I will be glad when it is all over.Next time i will insist on going to Stafford,as i feel i should be given a chioce,not told were to go.
