"Changed my life and outlook completely"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I had anxiety and agoraphobia, I avoided all social interactions and became to anxious to go outside at all.

My GP referred me to inclusion matters for CBT which helped me with my negative thinking.

CBT made a massive difference in my life as did having somebody to talk things through with.

I then moved on to exposure therapy and CBT which gave me more challenges but ultimately changed my life and outlook completely.

Thank you Tracey! Inclusion matters really turned my life around. I had two different therapist who were both so caring, lovely and also professional. I feel ready to move forward now. Thank you for your response. Hannah
