"Fallen down the stairs 17 weeks pregnant"

About: Barnsley Hospital

I am absolutely disgusted in the care I got today On ward 14 I have fallen badly down the stairs at 17 week's pregnant and in a hell of a lot of pain all the doctor did was press on my stomach listened to heart beat and sent me home telling me to take paracetamol. I have suffered with miscarriages and last year I had slipped on ice and after a+e said the same I had lost my baby at 13 weeks! The doctors and nurses on ward 14 was more interested in what was on telly tonight and what they was having for tea leaving me for 4 hours in complete agony. If anything happens to my baby (miscarriage/disability) I will be filing a complaint as there was no compassion and no means to help and check me!
