"Well done Gateway 'G'"

I was given first class attention from entering the building to leaving it. Everyone who I came into contact with was obviously dedicated to their work and seemed to treat everyone as 'special'. The nursing and medical staff were brilliant, I went into Gateway 'G' as an NHS patient, but could not have been given better treatment in a private hospital. (I am aware that Circle Nottingham accept private patients, but am quite sure that they wouldn't get any better attention than I did) Pre and post operation care was of the highest standard, as was the treatment itself, although, obviously I don't remember too much about that! The three star rating that I have given under the heading 'Same sex accommodation' is not because of any problems in that area, but simply because the only time that I came into contact with any other patients, was when entering and leaving the ward. I did have cause to make a telephone inquiry about my condition after a couple of days, and again, was given friendly, sound advice over the telephone. I wish to thank my consultant and the entire team for their first class work.
