"MRI scan and rude registrar"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I attended for a MRI scan of my knee and was assured that it would be available with a report for my appointment at the specialist clinic at Georges. The report was not available when I attended the clinic. I was also told that the report and scan would be sent to my GP within 2 weeks. nearly 3 weeks later it has not been sent. I cannot get any answer from Georges MRI dept or main switchboard when I try and call. When I attended the clinic, the temp doctor was rather rude and appeared uninterested. Overall my experience of Georges has been really poor.
