"Oaktrees"

Apparently Oaktrees Ward at Springview treats Easing Disorders, but you would never think so. Lack of nutrition, few activities, nurses with a lack of experience(Teaser/Taster lessons are a waste of time). The biggest problem I had was the staff - they would openly talk about their latest diet crazes whilst in the dining room surrounded by people who are struggling with their weight. They would also eat inappropiate foods in the dining room and lounge. I also didnt like the fact that staff would sit in the lounge and discuss paitients different diets/weights. There was also a problem with smoking, with no clear plans for when patients could. Some days you got alot, others lucky to get more than one. The food was also vile. Most of the time it was cold.
