"5 months and still waiting"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

I was sent to A/E in October by my Doctor with a suspected broken shoulder after a fall thankfully it was a frozen shoulder my problem is that the Nurse I see said she would arrange for physio therapy this did not happen and I am still suffering from frozen shoulder. I cannot fault the Nursing staff all were very kind

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and commenting on how kind our nurses were. As you can appreciate without your details it is a little difficult to comment on any referral so please can we suggest that if you are still experiencing difficulties you return to see your GP or if you feel you do require Physiotherapy you can simply refer yourself via our online physiotherapy referral form available on the Trust website www.dvh.nhs.uk (physiotherapy section). With best wishes The Communication Team Darent Valley Hospital
