"4 months and still no 4th appointment"

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Having been diagnosed with Glaucoma and recalled one week after very difficult laser treatment which did not appear to be successful. I was given no information about my treatment but told I was not to worry and would receive a new appointment. I have phoned and was told there was no new appointment recorded. My optician has written as the pressure on my eyes has increased. Still no reply. My Dr has finally enabled me to book an appointment after 4 months. . My main concern in all this is that from childhood I have very little sight in one of my eyes.
