I was referred to a clinic for tests/treatment and informed by my GP this could take up to 8 weeks.

However I received an appointment for 9 days later, arrived and parked with ease, found the clearly signposted clinic, was greeted by friendly reception and nursing staff and was taken 10 mins before my actual appt time preventing that anxious wait.

I was treated by a lovely Doctor and nurse team and left less than 30 minutes later hugely impressed by the immaculate environment and professional and efficient service I received. Thank you.
