staff are always so busy, and appologise for not having spent more time with you, and it all seems to be down to the amount of paperwork, I don't care about having a care plan, I just want to be cared for and talked to. I much prefer having a nurse who sits with me and talks to me than to have a a piece of paper in my pocket.
