"full hysterectomy at 25 "

Hi all I am looking for advise as I have tried talking to doctors and nurses at my surgery with no look I have been on her since June 2013 as I had to have a full hysterectomy I feel though I have been offered no support at all and have no one to get info from but recently I have been getting hot flushes so rapidly and so intense they are making me nearly pass out I am suffering with mood swings and insomnia I take sleepers which do not work as I wake up in the night feeling like I've had a bucket of water thrown on me really I am trying to get to grips with going through this at a young age and as I will be on hrt til I'm 52 I really need advice on living with menopause and maybe tips I have started the gym eating healthy to take care of myself if you can please please help
