What I liked
The way I was examined by the duty Doctor, very thorough and because of this it was found that I had another problem which meant I needed to be seen by a doctor in the A&E at the Royal Sussex. This was arranged before I left the hospital. The nurses & other staff on duty looked after us well during a very long evening.
What could be improved
The level of staffing seemed low, subsequently we found out that the shortage was due to holidays. The doctor who examined me had come after finishing his clinic, and as we left the hospital around midnight this had been an extremely long day for him.
Anything else?
Our thanks to all the staff who had been on duty on the night of the 20th November, & who offered us some refreshments.
