"Ridiculous waiting time"

Visited this hospital with my sister, she was supposed to be having surgery which was later cancelled. My sister was told she could go home once she had received an injection. We then had to wait 5½ hours for the necessary injection to arrive, then a further 20 minutes for someone to arrive to administer the injection. 'Nil by mouth' sign wasn't removed after cancellation of the surgery, leading to my sister almost missing out on a meal (after not having eaten since previous evening) Very unhappy about the whole visit.
