"Consultant was rude and miserable"

About: King George Hospital

Took my partner to the fracture clinic for a follow up appointment for his broken leg and whilst I must say all the staff were very friendly and helpful on the reception desks and the nurses and the plaster room lady was brilliant however the consultant we saw was so rude and disrespectful towards us and had a big problem with the fact we wanted to take a photo of my partners xray on the computer screen and the way he spoke to us was utterly disgusting and degrading. All the other consultants we have seen in the past have never had a problem with this as we have taken photos of all his xrays so far and wanted this one to add to the collection. It is our right to take photos of our own xrays he even told us not to look at hos computer screen whilst he was looking at the xray on there which was very strange so I would appreciate it if you could pass on the fact this is our right and if we want to take a photo we are entitled to and if they want it so we have to ask their permission first then there needs to be a sign up for this as it is totally outrageous for them to be so rude over something like that when we are stressed enough as it is. Thank you
