"lack of care and communication"

This hospital is appalling, standards are low I feel, they still keep failing CQC inspection.

They fail to respond to written questions in the appropriate time frame i think.

They just do not seem to care about patients or families i feel. In all they are a law unto themselves, with nursing staff that are clearly not qualified enough or could not care less about patients needs i think.

They keep failing inspections, when it is clear that someone needs to take control that understands where this failings are happening and takes action to improve services and get rid of staff that are still failing to attain the standards required.

I have been waiting now since the beginning of the year for a response in writing after one failed meeting last year to get to the bottom of my late fathers total lack of care.

I am now informed that a new clinical governance lead will be looking at my questions. Fingers crossed that this one knows what she is doing and can turn the hospital around before many more families have to suffer in the way that we did and still are.
