Pain relief witheld by night staff, kept awake by noisy night staff talking, laughing and playing the radio, incorrect procedures when removing a chest drain which led to infection after discharge, encouraged to vacate my bed by nursing staff and a cleaner before I was well enough to go home. After at first refusing to leave until I felt well enough I was given the cold shoulder treatment by certain nursing staff, so much so that I eventually felt obliged to leave and discharged myself. Food was awful, often delivered cold and of poor quality, often not what I had ordered, when I was told it was what I had ordered and asked for proof I discovered my signature on what was supposed to be my food order had been forged.
