What I liked
there was no aspect of my visit with which I was impressed or that 'I liked'
What could be improved
None of the departments answer their telephones. I was put through to three seperate departments during an attempted follow up call after treatment without success. The total call lasted 35 minutes and I needed to call back three times. I gave up!
Anything else?
Yes, pay staff properly, have enough of them and provide the public with the servive we pay for.
