What I liked
My wife attended Prof. Wilson's sugery on several friday afternoon sessions, specifically designed for patients with phobia of dental work. Over the last few visits, the she and her team have built up my wife's confidence to a point that she is now able to come without any fear of being hurt or feeling uncomfortable about attending. What she particularly liked was me being able to sit in and observe what was happening.
What could be improved
The majority of information the NHS provides is geared towards the patient. On the occasions when an escort is required (and is present during treatment) there is nothing published to advise of what is happening.
Anything else?
The whole team are a friendly, approachable but thoroughly professional group.
