"A+E Visit"

My mother was bought in to A+E at 2.00am. We would like to say thank you to the staff who were very caring especially as it was a very busy night . We were both impressed with how they dealt with a few people who really shouldn't have been there in the first place ! and by rights should have gone home or to their GP ! My mother was dealt with by a lovely doctor All in all they were kind, sympathetic and we felt safe and reassured at all times. My mother was told to expect a call from ACC unit within 3 days and they in fact called her 2 hours after she was home. Please pass our thanks onto the night staff.
