I have been seen in the uro neurosurgery department around 2 years ago. I was told I would be put on the waiting list for surgery, with a waiting time of a year. I have waited 2 years now and still not had it done. Every time I call the secretary it always and I mean always goes to answer phone. They never get back to you to answer any questions you may have. I mean really in 2 years I have been calling, not one phone call back. Now I have recieved a letter to say I have a appointment in july! To see a consultant before surgery. So how many more years will I have to wait? The communication is appalling and I want answers. Why am I waiting so long, why have I got a appointment in july, when will my surgery be booked. Why does the secretary never answer, why doesit always go on to voicemail, why do they never get back to you. Im stuck with no answers. This is disgusting.
"no communication at all! its a joke"
