"I had a Gastroscopy - the staff ..."

About: Leighton Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I had a Gastroscopy - the staff were really friendly and tried to put me at ease about the procedure. They were very professional and the procedure itself was done really well. I was really nervous before hand - heard lots of bad things about discomfort etc. But it was painless and pretty stress free considering everything!! I was throughly impressed with the staff and really glad I chose this hospital.

What could be improved

Nothing really - the only minor thing was my lift turned up and told the receptionist, who went to see where I was up to, but the message never got to me so I was sitting in another waiting room trying to call his mobile that had no signal because he was in the reception area!! other than that - perfect.
