I have lived I the croydon area all my life and mayday has always been my local Hospital. I have a reoccurring illness been going on for 12 years, during this time I have learnt what medications work and what don't, I am currently In mayday and have been totally ignored and pumped full of meds that don't work and denied the ones that do, so having been left in excruciating discomfort all day and night, they have this morning tried to give me penicillin eve though I have told them I am allergic to it at least 6 times during this visit and it's all over my records. How can this kind of mistake happen. I unxerstand this is human error, but with everything being computerised surely tbe computer should flag this up as un suitable for this patient. I have asked for an apology but they just laughed at me....these people don't want to make me better! I just wanna get out of here!
"failure to check my records before prescribing..."
