We visited urgent care on 14/03/2014 and my friend who had dislocated her shoulder was seen by a nurse practitioner who's care and skills were of the highest standard one could wish for, we left only to return at 8.00 am the next day when he far exceeded our expectations making many phone calls to get further treatment, we were kept informed regularly on the progress of his work. They are a superb nurse and a credit to the hospital thanks.
