"I am very dissatisfied about the patient care"

Hello My name is muhammad Ahsan about March or April 2012 I had sexual problem then I went to the gp they took my urine sample to check that I am infected or alright right but at that time they did not find any thing so they said I am alright completely so after some months I realized that problem is going swear a crystal clear liquid comes out when I cough when I laugh when I sit when stand when I urinate can see some some white particles was coming in my urine after that I lost the control over the urine it comes suddenly and I was unable to go to toilet many time that burns too much then I went to gp again and I told the doctor all the conditions then he send me for the blood test I don't know what was that test after 2 3 days I received a message from gp that your test is alright no more action need to required after that that problem got more swear I went to gp again they took urine sample again and they did find any thing and they reffer me sexual to sexual health clinic so I went to barking hospital Sydenham centre I told them all the situation they took some sample like blood urine and the fluid from my penis but they said to me we did not find any thing you are alright but upto that time I had lost my sexual desire was very difficult to get erection. So because of their decision I went to Pakistan for marriage the situation was same in Pakistan aswell so I decided I need to see the doctor before marriage he took a urine and blood sample from me and he found that I am infected and blood cells are coming in my urine he gave me some anti biotic but I did not had enough time left so I came back and I stopped taking his medicine because I start having pain in my right testicle I came to England I went to barking hospital again I told them again that I went to Pakistan and a doctor found that I am infected I told them I don't have any sexual desire left I have pain in my right testicle he took the samples again I told him I am taking Viagra all the time when I am having sex with my wife I told him when I get discharge I feel too much pain and burning in my penis or ejaculate he checked my testicles and took the samples again and in quick results he told me he did not find any thing but he told me on your request I have send your sample for better result and he ask me do you have any mental problem at the same time would you like to see a doctor I thought May be I have any mental problem if they cannot find any thing may be I have that problem and he is asking me to give that doctor appointment he booked me an appointment but at the appointment time I realised I don't have any mental problem and I don't need to see the mental doctor so the problem was same as it was I went to barking hospital again on 11/03/2014 I told them I am very disappointed about your service If I don't have any thing then I lost my sexual desire I have 0 sexual desire I could not get erection without Viagra I have pain in my right testicle I feel too much burnin
