"Excellent person centred care"

I visited the breast care centre and was treated with kindness and respect. All staff including doctors, radiographers, nurses and receptionists are an absolute credit to your hospital. We were kept fully informed of all procedures and possible outcomes. For what is a naturally worrying time for patients and their families it was so nice to be treated as an individual and given ample time to discuss any anxieties. In the current climate where everyone is all to quick to criticise the NHS, it's falling standards and target driven outcomes I feel that it is only right to recognise and say a heartfelt thank you to all who cared for me and my partner on that day.
