What I liked

I was extremely dissapointed. I picked this hospital over Southend. The appointment was delayed by 2 hours and 10 minutes, i queried when i was next to be told by one nurse that it was my turn next, (at last i thought) she would show me where to wait. I was not next, when i queried why it was not my turn they told me i was in the wrong place and should have been going for a hearing test, they did not tell me this i explained to then be told by a nurse that the wait for this was 1 and a half hours. I left. Complete waste of time and money. Thankyou NHS.

What could be improved

Yes I was told Dr has retired yet all over the hospital is Dr's name, even on the board where the waiting time is. COME ON.
