A big thank you really to Mr Patel and all the brilliant staff I encountered today at Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham. This was my first endoscopy and I was more than a little worried about the procedure. All the staff were terrific. They couldn't have been more friendly, more helpful or reassuring.
