"Neurology Outpatient Appointments"

About: Southern General Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

Phone call cancelling appointment at neurology outpatients (headache clinic) but told they couldn't give me another appointment, not even given explanation as to why appointment was cancelled. Frustration at appointment being cancelled would have been less if reason for it was known.

Left in limbo with no idea when replacement appointment is going to come through and as to how long the wait to be seen will be.

Even got automated call reminding me of appointment.......yes appointment that had been cancelled with earlier phone call.

Thank you for making the manager aware of the situation. The manager needs to be making sure that all who had their appointments cancelled receive a replacement as soon as possible as three weeks on I have not been notified of one.
