" I was very impressed"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

The entire treatment from the minute I walked in was friendly, helpful and non-patronising. As a 17 year old, I was terrified to find myself in the breast clinic of Tameside Hospital, and when I had a moment of weakness, the nurses - particularly one named Victoria - were very helpful and very reassuring. I thought that the overall attitude in the clinic was warm and the subject matter was handled in a professional, but also sensitive manner. I was very impressed
