(as the patient),

I am a 46 yr old woman who has never had to have surgery before in my life, so was very apprehensive. But I have to say the nurses on this ward after a new hip operation were absolutely brilliantly professional and very very caring. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kat, Lucy, Maria and Tania. I can't give these lovely caring professionals enough credit. They made my stay a lot less scary than expected. So thank you Ladies.

Thank you, Lindy, for giving us feedback about your hip operation. We know that having surgery can be a little scary, especially when you are not sure what to expect, so we are glad to hear that our staff were able to put you at ease and look after you well during your stay with us.
