I was very nervous today going to St Mary's for reasons of history. I turned up early for a barium meal. The first thing that struck me was that from the time I entered the area in question all the staff were smiling and friendly. I had difficulty putting on the gown, due to a weak arm, I asked a passing doctor and he was so caring and kind. The lady who came to me to bring me into x ray area, was so friendly and caring. The Radiologist was amazing, caring and involved me in the entire procedure. Recently I had a visit to a private hospital, I found the care today at St Mary's NHS far better. Mr feelings towards St Mary's have changed from today, thank you for your care and attention.
