"very rude staff"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

i was taken to A and E by ambulance which was called by the nurse in occupational at my place of work.I had had an operation to remove an impacted wisdom tooth in the Sunderland day care the week before.I had to see an emergency dentist in that time because of a dry socket and infection even after following the after care and i am not a smoker.Returning to work after one week i was still feeling unwell I had a severe headache that come on in the morning after being sick and collapsing at work the nurse took my blood pressure which was 198/108 and was tachocardic .the nurse was very concerned also with medication i was on that there was a risk of a stroke or heart problem .I cannot fault the ambulance crew and after their assessment i was taken to a and e .Where a very rude doctor asked why i had called an ambulance for a toothache in which the ambulance staff corrected her i was then offered pain killers by another doctor which i refused because i had only taken some in the last hour which he threw in the bin and walked off.then i was told it was having a reaction to the metronidazole the dentist had prescribed which i knew was not has i had taken on quite a few occasions before.I was then told my meds would be altered by the medoc doctor and was given an appointment later that day.I Later saw the medoc doctor with who i again have nothing but praise for .He asked if id had any bloods done as could not understand why they had not done them earlier because my symptoms sounded like there could be a problem with my heart he then took some and said he would get them back before i went home .I had a secondary infection that had made me dizzy and sick because the infection had spread to my inner and outer ear.I am lucky that there was not a problem with my heart and that my partner was there to take me home because i was not fit to stand up and walk to a bus stop or call a taxi and no one in a and e even bothered to assess my condition.I think the a and e department and this hospital needs some serious staff retraining in people skills and manners and the regard for medicines that cost the tax payer money .
