"Surgery to decompress ulner nerve left elbow."

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Ward B1. Check in 7am 3/1/14. I was impressed with cleanliness of the ward and the staff were very reassuring explaining how the day sould progress. During the morning I was visited by various members of staff including surgical team to est my ID and why I was there etc. The professionalism and co-ordination of all involved was very impressive and the staff appeared happy with their lot which had a positive/relaxing effect on me. The surgery was a success having the desired effect of improving the use in my L/hand, I am a professional musician and I was finding it increasingly difficult to play. So! Big pats on the back for all the team "High 5's" Thank you. JJ. PS: I have recently attended follow up app, all good back in 6mths.

Thank you, John, for taking the trouble to leave feedback about your experience of care at our hospital. It is so lovely to receive such glowing comments about our staff on ward B1 and the surgical team who carried out your operation. We are so pleased the operation was a success. We are very proud of our happy, dedicated staff who work tirelessly to give our patients the best possible experience. It is wonderful to hear you so well looked after by all those involved in your treatment and care. We will pass your comments onto the ward staff and theatre team who will, we are sure, be delighted to know they had such an important part to play in your musical career!
