I visited ENT Department on 12th March and very pleased with quality of care from audiologist and nurse practitioner. Helpful, caring and professional staff team who carried out my diagnostic tests and gave me helpful information. Appointment was also on time despite a very busy waiting room. Just wanted to say thanks to this department and staff team and wish all people could experience this exemplary level of NHS service.
