What I liked

I have to say, I feel the standard of care received was exceptional. After an endoscopy with which the nurses and SpR were considerate, organised and caring I unfortunatley took a bad turn whilst leaving the hospital. Doctors and nurses nearby were very helpful from what I am told and A&E staff where fantastic. Efficient and understanding despite the heavy volume of work that day.

What could be improved

My appointment wasn't, however, on time. Half an hour late.

We are delighted that you were so happy with the standard of care you received at the Royal Free. Unfortunately not all clinics and services run exactly to time but staff do work hard to keep waiting to a minimum.
