"My mother had an appointment. ..."

About: Royal Free Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

My mother had an appointment. I had to take the morning off work to go with her. They said the appointment had been cancelled and could not do anything. We were extremely cross as no-one had rang or written to us.

This must have been very annoying and frustrating for you and we can only apologise. If your mother has to attend the hospital again, you could contact our PALS service beforehand and ask them to confirm that we are expecting you at the time you are expecting.
